What information we collect
Blackstone Roofing Group may collect information you provide through this website or a Blackstone lead form on another platform, including your name, email address, phone number, property address, city or ZIP code, roof and property details, preliminary estimate range, storm-registration answers, communication choices, SMS opt-in status and consent records, and details about a roofing project or inquiry. Limited analytics may collect general device and site-use information after a visitor interacts with the site.
How we use data
We use information to respond to requests, coordinate inspections, prepare estimates, operate storm-alert and priority-registration services, send messages covered by the consent you provided, provide customer support, protect the website, understand site performance and comply with legal obligations. Blackstone does not sell personal information or use it for unrelated third-party marketing.
SMS opt-in and text-message consent
Blackstone’s forms explain the applicable SMS program and message types before consent is provided. Informational or transactional messages may include inquiry responses, inspection scheduling, appointment reminders, estimates, project updates and support. Promotional messages may include storm alerts, seasonal inspection reminders and roofing offers. Promotional or marketing SMS consent is collected with a separate optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may text STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Service providers and platform forms
Website form, estimate, registration and chat submissions may be processed through HighLevel, LeadConnector, Meta when you use a Facebook or Instagram lead form, and the website’s hosting provider to create and manage the related contact or conversation. Those systems may receive the information you choose to submit, the page or form where the request was made and standard technical information needed to operate the service.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
For production-site visitors outside regions that require prior opt-in, Google Tag Manager, Meta and PostHog measurement may load by default unless the browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal or a previously saved necessary-only preference remains in the browser. In regions that require prior opt-in, measurement remains off by default. These services may process general device and site-use information, cookies or similar browser storage, campaign parameters, Meta browser identifiers and advertising click identifiers to understand website use and confirm campaign results. After a roofing request is successfully saved, the website may send Meta a Lead event with one-way hashed email address, phone number, name, ZIP code and an internal session identifier, together with the page URL and standard device or campaign identifiers. These fields are used for campaign measurement and matching; the form’s street address, message and text-message consent choice are not included in that Meta event. PostHog does not receive submitted contact fields or raw CRM identifiers. Privacy-masked session replay and browser error and performance monitoring may run when measurement is enabled; contact forms are blocked from replay, all input values are masked and routine console logs are not collected. Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals disable the site’s measurement loaders and the server-side Meta Lead event. Necessary site functions may still use limited browser storage to preserve requested form progress.
Data security practices
Blackstone uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and restrict access to people and service providers who need it for the purposes described in this policy. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
SMS information is not shared for marketing
Blackstone does not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data or text-message consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process messaging data only as needed to deliver Blackstone’s messages and customer service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing.
